Abstract:

Two species of Palmyridae were found in colonies of the bryozoan S. unicornis (Johnston): Bhawania brunnea sp. nov. and Chrysopetalum occidentale Johnson, cited for the 1st time for the Brazilian coast. These 2 spp. are described and their distribution is established. B. brunnea is conspicuously characterized by the structures on the prostomium and the configuation of the paleae
